Are you receiving an 'Unable to Launch' error message when attempting to play The Escapists 2: Pocket Breakout?

This game requires app permissions to run correctly, and sometimes these permissions need to be manually set in order for them to work!

How do I set my app permissions?

1. Enter your phone Settings
2. Choose Apps
3. Search for The Escapists 2: Pocket Breakout app on the list and tap it
4. Slide down to Permissions
5. Make sure that all the permissions are turned On

Additionally, please ensure that your Google Play Services are up to date:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app
2. Tap Apps & notifications and then See all apps
3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Services
4. Scroll down and tap App Details
5. Tap Update or Install

And finally, let's update the Play Store itself:

1. Open the Play Store app on your phone
2. Then tap the three-bar horizontal menu at the top-left corner
3. From the menu, tap Settings
4. On the Settings page, scroll down and look for the Play Store version.
5. Tap on it - the Play Store will start updating automatically if an update is available. If your Play Store is up to date, you will receive a pop up saying: ‘Google Play Store is up to date'
6. Retest the game
