Regrettably, the password retrieval system for Worms 3 is no longer available.
If a password has been forgotten for a Worms 3 account, you will be required to create a new account, with a different e-mail address.
While you might not be able to access your game progress, all in-app purchases are tied to your Google Play Store and App Store accounts, so provided that you are logged into the Google Play Store/App Store, you should be able to restore your purchases through the in-game store.
