Unfortunately, we are unable to process support issues of this nature ourselves, since our games are purchased and downloaded via various third-party retailers.

For refunds on any physical game releases, we recommend taking your game and the reciept you obtained when purchasing the item, back to the retailer you purchased it from or contacting them directly.
