When can I get DREDGE?

DREDGE drops on Steam on the 30th of March 2023 @ 17:00 and on Consoles on the 30th of March 2023 @ 12:01 AM in your local timezone.

What is in the Deluxe Edition?

In the Digital Deluxe Edition for Steam, you will receive:

  • Base game
  • Soundtrack
  • Digital Artbook
  • Blackstone Key DLC

In the Digital Deluxe Edition for all other platforms, you will receive:

  • Base game
  • Blackstone Key DLC

In the Physical Deluxe Edition for all platforms, you will receive:

  • Base game (either a CD or game cartridge)

  • Physical Artbook (24 pages)

What is in the Blackstone Key DLC?

This DLC allows you to enter the Workshop on Blackstone Isle, which contains a couple of exclusive pieces of equipment for your boat. The Blackstone Key DLC is not essential in order to enjoy the game in full, but rather a thank you for those who want to support us by spending a few extra pennies! 

Please note: if you purchased a physical copy, the DLC key may appear as a key code on a card within your box. However, some retailers will have put a download code on your receipt and others may email you the code or include it on an invoice - if you are unable to find it, you can submit a support ticket over here and the guys and gals over at Fireshine will be able to help!

Is there a demo available?

Aye, there is a Nintendo Switch demo if you'd like to dip your toes in before purchasing. We'd recommend taking them back out before sundown though...

The PC demo is currently not available, but do keep your eyes peeled.

If the issue is not resolved after following these steps, please contact us and we can investigate this further.

If you are playing on Console:

Please try to perform a power-cycle on your console and then restart the game to see if the problem still persists. To do this, please close the game, then turn off and unplug the console for 2-5 minutes. If that does not resolve the issue, please email us using the above link.

Is there a Pre-Order bonus?

Yes! You get an alternate starting rod when you begin a new game, which has a slight edge over the default rod. It also looks different depending on which platform you pre-order on!

There should be a code in the box, on your receipt or in an email from your retailer.

If you can't see a code for your pre-order rod, please submit a support ticket over here and the team over at Fireshine will be able to help you find it!

It is worth noting that if you have already started your adventure into the dark depths of DREDGE, you will need to start a new game after inputting your code in order to activate your new, snazzy rod so please keep this in mind!

PlayStation Upgrade Scheme

If you have purchased or pre-ordered DREDGE on PS4 you will have the option to upgrade your copy to the digital PS5 version.
