Should you find you get no sound from your headphones or speakers while gaming; it’s possible that you haven’t set the audio device properly or need an audio driver update. The following steps will explain exactly how you can do this!

Solution 1: Make sure you have the right device selected
First, it is important to check your audio mixer and see if you muted your game volume.
Then, the next step is to make sure you have the correct devices selected.
Right-click the speaker icon in the Taskbar (bottom left of your screen)
Check all of your audio devices and make sure that you have selected the correct device - in some cases the game might be trying to use a non-existent channel/device and that is why you are getting no sound
Solution 2: Disable and enable your selected device
Should the above steps not solve the issue, we would recommend that you disable and then re-enable the device you have selected.
Right-click the speaker icon in the Taskbar (bottom left of your screen)
Right-click the space and make sure both Show Disabled Devices and Show Disconnected Devices are checked
Right-click your preferred audio device
Choose Disable - your audio device should now become greyed out
Click Apply and OK to save the changes, then repeat the steps from Solution 1 (above) to make sure this device is selected
Retest your game
Solution 3: Update your audio drivers
If your sound still isn't working, and in a lot of cases, problems with audio are caused by outdated audio drivers - this is an easy fix as you can just update them!
To update your audio drivers, you must go to your motherboard manufacturer’s website, locate your motherboard and download the latest audio drivers for it.
