Before contacting us to appeal any game or Discord bans for Hell Let Loose, please read through the following information to check if your appeal falls under one of these categories!

__________________________________________________________________________________

Console bans

Console bans are typically temporary, lasting around 1–2 hours. These will then be automatically lifted.

These bans can occur from excessive team killing in a short period or through the vote-to-kick system, where players vote to remove others for various reasons.

If you have been banned from a community server, please contact the server owner/admin to appeal your ban.

Community Server bans

We understand how frustrating it can be to face a ban from a server. However, please note that we do not control how community servers are managed. These servers are privately owned and operated by players like yourself, and their rules and decisions are determined by the server admins or owners.

We recommend reaching out directly to the server admin or owner for assistance regarding this matter. Alternatively, you might want to explore other servers that better match your preferences.

Steam VAC Bans

Steam VAC bans are handled directly by Valve and not by Team17 or any other game developer. If you believe a VAC ban was applied in error, you'll need to contact Steam Support for further assistance, as developers do not have the ability to modify or remove VAC bans.

You can find further information about VAC bans via their support page here.

Discord Bans

Unfortunately, this can only be discussed with the Discord moderators as they manage the community and we are unable to remove bans ourselves.

You can appeal your ban by contacting a Hell Let Loose Discord moderator via private message to discuss appealing your ban.

We would also recommend that you put in a ban appeal via the Hell Let Loose ban appeal Discord here.

Should you feel that you still need to contact us regarding a ban appeal after reading the above information, simply click the link below. Here are a few things to consider before appealing:

  1. Be nice. When you are appealing your ban, it is important to be polite and respectful.
  2. Explain. Why do you believe that the ban was unjustified. Be as clear and concise as possible.
  3. Provide evidence. If you have any evidence that supports your claim, such as screenshots or video footage, be sure to include it in your appeal.
  4. Be patient. It may take some time for us to review your appeal. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding!
