Steam conducts scheduled weekly maintenance on Tuesdays that begins sometime between 6PM and 9PM Eastern Standard Time. 

This maintenance lasts for approximately thirty minutes - if there are no unexpected delays - and can effect any multiplayer games.

This interuption can appear as a crash or being unable to connect to servers or matches.

If during this scheduled maintenance time you find you are having issues getting into matches or the game itself, please try again once maintenance is over - if the issue persists after this time frame, you can contact us using the live chat in the bottom-right corner of this window and we can investigate further.

Please note: There is also a Microsoft Patch every second Tuesday that begins at approximately 1PM EST. So similarly to above, if you are having similar issues during this time, please wait until the scheduled maintenance time is over and if the issue continues, we can then investigate further.
