PlayStation Reports

The game contains a feature to vote kick players from their team or to block them from T17.
 
To block a player via the T17 menu:

1. Open T17 overlay
2. Go to Recent Players
3. Find their Username
4. Select to Block

If the player breached out the Community Code of Conduct that all PlayStation players must adhere to. 
you can use the PlayStation reporting tools to submit your report to Sony.
They have the necessary tools to investigate and take action, including banning PSN accounts that breach their rules.

Xbox/Game Pass Reports

Once again, the game contains a feature to vote kick players from their team or to block them from T17.
 
To block a player via the T17 menu:

1. Open T17 overlay
2. Go to Recent Players
3. Find their Username
4. Select to Block

If the player breached the  Community Code of Conduct that all Xbox players must adhere to.

You can use the Xbox reporting tools to submit your report to Microsoft.
They have the necessary tools to investigate and take action, including banning Xbox accounts that breach their rules.

Steam, Epic & Game Pass Reports

The game contains a feature to vote kick players from their team or to block them from T17 for all PC versions:
 
To block or mute a player in-game:

1. Open the Scoreboard
2. To mute, click on the Mute Player icon (or anywhere on their name/stats). To block, click the Block icon.
3. When the player is muted or blocked the icon will be red

Steam - 

If the player breached the  Community Code of Conduct that all Steam players must adhere to.You can use the Steam reporting tools to submit your report to Valve.

They have the necessary tools to investigate and take action, including banning Steam accounts that breach their rules.

You can use the Epic reporting tools to submit your report to Epic them directly.
